1.- General clauses

Unless there is a special agreement formalized in writing, the sending of the order formulated by the client implies their agreement with these general conditions of sale. The clauses that the client wants to introduce on the conditions of purchase, letters, acknowledgments of receipt or other documents must be expressly accepted in writing by the seller in advance. 2.- Orders

Orders must be made following the steps that will show you where you can choose the product and the quantity of what you want to buy. As in any other online store you can select a product, select its characteristics and add it to the cart. You can continue shopping or finish your purchase.


The purchase is made in a very simple way, you only have to add the shipping address and then select the type of shipping and the payment method. You can buy as a guest (without registration) or register to have a user account at

4.- Delivery and shipping costs.

Once we receive your order and payment has been made, we begin processing the order. Once it is printed, the shipment is made within 24 to 72 hours. 5.- Payment conditions.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the products will be paid by Credit Card at the time of placing the order. 


6.- Policy for refunds or cancellations of assistance to a workshop or event

The consumer, unilaterally and without the need for justification, may withdraw from the contract, with no penalty other than the direct cost of returning the supplied merchandise. Once we deliver the order, you must check if your order is correct, in case you have made a mistake in your order, we will provide a solution at the time.


If the product arrives damaged, we will exchange it for a new one without costs, neither product nor shipping. To report a defective shipment or a product problem, or file a complaint or claim, contact us by


Within 24 hours you will receive a response from Pictum. Remember that you must send us a photograph of the defective product or package in poor condition. Once we review your claim, a carrier will collect the defective photography background. For our part, once we have the product, we will test the damage and send you the new one, as long as we verify that the defect was caused by manufacturing. 


Returns will not be accepted due to misuse of the product. You will have a period of 24 hours to be able to return an order or cancel attendance at a workshop or event.

The product must be returned in perfect condition and with the same amount of product served. 


In the event that a product that you requested is missing from the order, this or these products will be delivered free of charge to your home. In the event that your order was paid in full, the missing products will be delivered and it will not be necessary to pay anything. In the event that your order is charged without including the missing products, upon delivery of these products to your home you must pay them.


7.- Personal data.

In accordance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, as well as on services of the information society and electronic commerce, the client accepts that the data provided to be incorporated into files owned by the company, in order to facilitate the provision of the services offered, to carry out statistical studies that allow the design of improvements, to manage administrative tasks and to provide information on news, products or services related to the activity of
